We’ve used Maureen for about a year now. It’s nice to be able to go to one place where she knows how we like our hair cut. Myself, my boyfriend, and my two kids. I also love the laid back environment and prices. Thank you again Maureen.

Came in to get my son a haircut today. We checked in at 4pm. It said to be there at 6:20pm. We were not seen till 6:58pm. I understand y’all close at 7pm but after waiting for 3hrs and already physically sitting inside checked in, did you really expect us to leave? The two women working were very rude made bad comments out loud about how it’s impossible to do 5 haircuts by 7pm. Mind you 2 out of 5 people never showed up. My son told me while walking to the car that felt like Sara had no patience and hurt his scalp being rough with the comb. He also didn’t appreciate her constantly turning off the clippers to socialize. Would she do that with an older customer? He felt disrespected, and that makes me very unhappy seeing that he is paying as an adult. Sara was very rude to me right off the bat when she was questioning what I wanted for him. I said his usual cut should be in the notes. She responded with an attitude that she doesn’t want any complaining about it when she’s done. That right there really upset me. I explained exactly what the notes on his profile said, and she seems annoyed that he wanted finger length on top and that I said a “normal fade”. She went off about low medium or high, and that I should only come in and make an appointment with the person that did his hair prior. I told her normally my husband brings him in for a cut but unfortunately he’s deployed overseas in the military so sorry I don’t know who that is but I can show you a picture. Her attitude over all was extremely uncalled for. I still tipped her generously despite her attitude. But after finding out how she made my son feel I’m just infuriated. If you didn’t want to cut his hair just say so and we would have left. We will never be back. A person age shouldn’t define the level of service.

Jenny be glad you didn’t stay I got there right after you they tried to turn us away I told them the app said 0 wait time.. they were rude gave my son a “mad” haircut wayyyy too short and then 2 women yelled at me and one told me they had 5 kids to get home to we were back in the car by 4:45, never going back there.. we also started going there bc our 1st stylist was amazing :(
